Treinta estudiantes del programa Pingo Space, la cual se dedica a formar estudiantes quienes manejan bien el idioma extranjero, visitaron el viernes 24 de mayo de 2019 la Embajada de Costa Rica en la R.P. China. Fue una actividad organizada conjuntamente por el programa Pingo Space y la Embajada con el objetivo de incentivar a los estudiantes a conocer más del país centroamericano. La consejera Ximena Chacón Herrera hizo una presentación sobre los datos básicos del país. Después, hubo una actividad en la que participaron todos dibujando los animales típicos de Costa Rica. Fue una actividad educativa y significativa, ya que los estudiantes entendieron mejor el país y se dan cuenta de la importancia del estudio de una lengua extranjera tanto en el presente como para el futuro. La Embajada de Costa Rica espera que esta actividad incentive a los estudiantes a seguir aprendiendo el idioma extranjero.
Students of the Pingo Space program visited the Embassy to learn more about Costa Rica
Thirty students of the Pingo Space program, which is dedicated to train students who handle the foreign language well, visited on Friday, May 24th of 2019 the Embassy of Costa Rica in the R.P. China. It was an activity organized jointly by the Pingo Space program and the Embassy with the aim of encouraging students to learn more about this Central American country. Counselor Ximena Chacón Herrera gave a presentation on the basic data of the country. Afterwards, there was an activity in which everyone participated drawing the typical animals of Costa Rica. It was an educational and meaningful activity, since students understood the country better and realize the importance of studying a foreign language both in the present and for the future. The Embassy of Costa Rica hopes that this activity will encourage students to continue learning the foreign language.
