El viernes 15 de junio, se firmó el acuerdo que crea la CESLAF Comunidad de Estudios Sino-Latinoamericana para la Franja y la Ruta.
Esta fue una iniciativa del Embajador de Ecuador, la Embajadora de Costa Rica, el presidente de la Cámara de Comercio de México en China, la Universidad de Changzhou, que incluye a varias universidades latinoamericanas, organizaciones de la sociedad civil y medios de comunicación. La Embajada firmó el documento que da lugar al lanzamiento de esta iniciativa, por la Embajada, por la Universidad Nacional y por el Instituto de Investigaciones en Ciencias Económicas de la Universidad de Costa Rica con las respectivas autorizaciones. Esta comunidad de estudios tiene como finalidad la realización de estudios con el fin de aconsejar a los gobiernos sobre la mejor forma de realizar la inserción de América Latina en una inserción Latina en la iniciativa de desarrollo china La Franja y la Ruta.
Creation of CESLAF, Community of Latin American Studies for One Belt One Road
On Friday, June 15th, the agreement that created the CESLAF Community of Latin American Studies for One Belt One Road was signed.
This was an initiative of the Ambassador of Ecuador, the Ambassador of Costa Rica, the President of the Chamber of Commerce of Mexico in China, the University of Changzhou, which includes several Latin American universities, civil society organizations and the media. The Embassy signed the document that gives rise to the launching of this initiative, by the Embassy, by the National University and by the Research Institute in Economic Sciences of the University of Costa Rica with the respective authorizations. This study community aims to realize studies in order to advise governments in the best way to make the insertion of Latin America into a Latin insertion in the Chinese development initiative One Belt One Road.
